It will back up any media files that are embedded in the Bento database file. If you’ve linked to media files then you’d have to back those up separately.

Please post your question in the forums because I can guarantee that there will be other people struggling with exactly the same thing who either haven’t posted or will come across your posts in the future. Don’t worry about your questions being stupid … they won’t be and if you get an answer and they help you than that is more important than worrying about what someone else will think.

Thanks, Simon. I purchased Bento the first week it was available. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge about this product and relational databases in general. I have been trying to build a Bento Database to track my Real Estate prospects. I was an old Apple Works user and when that was no longer compatible I was lost. There is still a lot of things I do not understand, but I read the Forum every day thinking someone else will have my problems and lack of understanding.
