Was able to track the status of an ad from the designer to me for final layout (proofreading, out for approval, approved for placement, etc.) Set up customized fields also to designate page placement with a copy of the output PDF. Exported data from Bento to my client to use in Excel. Perfect starter solution for a small publisher like me.
