Attention:
If you have upgraded your Mac OS X to Snow Leopard (which I will do today…),
you have to make sure that you are running the newest version of Bento.
Only Bento 2.0v5 will run flawlessly under Snow Leopard. Filemaker made an official announcement to that effect, and I already got reports from users about erratic behavior of Bento 2.0v4 under Snow Leopard.
Bento 2.0v5 also adds a few little fixes and enhancements.

I have Bento 2.0v5 and after I loaded Snow Leopard I keep having trouble opening Bento. I get an error – An unexpected problem has occurred. Bento must quit. I have tried all the suggestions – removing Application support files and preferences, running the disk utility – fixing permissions, etc… Don’t know what else to try. Bento 2.0v5does not seem to run flawlessly for me. Are there other suggestions???

    Colleen,
this is a case for the Bento technical team at the Bento Forums. The link is on the sidebar of our homepage. These people are very good and will not rest until your problem is resolved. They have testing facilities where they have all versions of Bento at their disposal.
    Good luck!
