This does not fix the problems. Absolute garbage Filemaker. Destroys the database. Wont restore from a backup.

Please post your problems on the Bento forums. They can test everything and talk to the developers.
I’ve used Bento since it was first announced and have updated ever since. current version – 4.06. It works for me but its bugs continue to irritate. I send reports all the time but doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. Hanging seems to be getting worse. Fortunately I haven’t lost data, but Im very tired of reading frequent error messages. Do my reports (click on send reports) really do anything? It would be nice if I got bug report updates. This may be the last version I use if progress isn’t made.

you’ll never get a response to those sent reports, because they are sent anonymously. The best way to present your problems is at the Bento forums. They have free tech support and extensive testing facilities. I myself have had very little problems with Bento 4.06 recently, but I haven’t upgraded to OSX Lion yet.
