Under the current version of Bento™, 1.0v2, there is no way to import or export individual Libraries. We are hoping that this is a feature that will be added in the future and as soon as it is we will be populating this section of the site with template and example Libraries for you to download.

It would be a great help if you would visit the official Bento forums, register as a member if you are not already one, and post a message asking for the ability to import and export individual Libraries to be added to a future version of Bento.
